Anna Svetchnikov is an LMFT with over 15 years of experience in helping individuals, couples, and families overcome challenges and achieve their goals. As a certified trauma therapist, author, speaker, and presenter, Anna is dedicated to advocating for awareness and support for mental health concerns, while reducing stigma around the same.

Anna has a talent for unlocking her clients' inner potential, offering personalized guidance to help them develop emotional intelligence and overcome obstacles to succeed. She incorporates life coaching techniques into her therapy sessions to help clients achieve success in all areas of their lives.

With expertise in evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, EFT, The Gottman Method, ACT, MBSR, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, Anna encourages brief therapy and a continuum of change to empower her clients to take ownership of their progress in therapy.

Anna is a published author with over 30 books for children, adolescents, teens, and adults, covering topics related to mental health and wellness. She is a mentor and supervisor to other therapists, helping to develop the next generation of mental health professionals.

Anna has received several awards and accolades for her contributions to the field of mental health, including being named Top Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist of the Year, receiving the Empowered Woman Award, and being featured in Forbes' Next 1000 List.
